Feeding a family can be hard work in today’s world. With the ease of readily available takeout and processed foods, shortcuts become too easy.  Refined carbs and sugary treats are “normal” and little palates don’t often appreciate vegetables. And breakfast has become dessert. 

This compromised eating, over time, can take a significant toll on the systems of a sensitive child.  Conditions like allergies, asthma, eczema and ADHD to name a few, are greatly exacerbated by such a diet and conversely, can be remedied by healthy, nourishing foods.

I then determine targeted nutrients and find ways to make meal preparation an easy part of your week, and ways to get the whole family involved. I provide nutritional advice and guidance specific to your lifestyle in order to bring about real, sustainable change.
